Bronte Pirulli is an artist, animator and illustrator currently based in Portland, Maine. She earned her BFA from Montserrat College of Art in 2016, majoring in Animation and Interactive Media and minoring in Creative Writing. She enjoys the discipline of traditional art, the possibilities of digital art, and the exploration that comes with merging the two. Storytelling and processing the human experience are central to her work.

Art has always been an essential form of communication for Pirulli. Her biggest influences and inspirations include exploring familial roots, loved ones, cats, the absurdity in everyday life and social norms, good food, activism, travel, music, the need to understand, and to in turn be understood.
